SS GROUP is bringing change in the appearance of the National Capital Region (NCR). With 120 acres of ‘Southend’ & 304 acres of ‘Mayfield Gardens’, two fully functional premium townships of Gurgaon to its credit, SS Group emerged as one of the leaders in real estate development since its inception in 1992.
With ‘Southend Floors’ in 1997, SS Group launched the concept of ‘one independent floor to yourself’ and continued to develop mega row housing projects - Georgian Residency, Radiance Residency, The Palladians and The Lilac to name a few, which catered to the needs of affluent classes and corporate executives moving into NCR.
