It is a city-specific search and allows you to find
properties in a city of your choice.
On homepage click on Search For Properties under
Search, which is at the top of your screen.
Now click on Search by Locality, which is at the
left of your screen under Property Search.
Select * marked fields and click on Submit.
All the properties matching your criterion will
appear.
Advanced Search:
It is a more detailed method of finding your perfect
property and helps you get exactly the kind of properties
you are looking for.
On homepage click on Search For Properties under
Search, which is at the top of your screen.
Now click on Advanced Search, which is at the left
of your screen under Property Search.
Select * marked fields and click on Submit.
All the properties matching your criterion will

Keyword Search:
It allows you to find properties that contain specific
words in their listings. Besides properties, through
Keyword Search you can also find requirements that
contain specific words in their listings or Agents/Builders
that contain specific words in their profile.
On homepage click on Search For Properties under
Search which is at the top of your screen.
Now click on Keyword Search, which is on the left
panel under Property Search.
Select * marked fields, enter keywords and click
on Submit.
All the properties matching your criterion will

or developers in a location of your choice, please

Yes, definitely. After you have posted your property,
it will be screened and will start appearing in
the search results after 24 hours. Additionally,
you will get an email about the property once it

Probably, there are no properties currently available
that match your search criterion. It could also
be due to a very narrow search criteria. Please
try and broaden your criteria and run another search. |

To begin with, you must be a registered member of
propertydalal.com. Once you are a registered member
you can list your property for sale or rent. To
post your property on our site, please follow these
simple steps:
Login to your propertydalal account.
Click on Post Property for Sale or Post Property
for Rent found under the tab Post Property.
Enter all the details of your property in the form.
Add property photos if you wish. Click on Submit.
After you add your details, it will be screened
for validation.
After your property listing is validated, it will
be visible to all propertydalal users. |

of 60 days, before the expiry of your property you
will be sent a reminder mail so that you can refresh

make your property a Premium Listing you need to
subscribe to a package on propertydalal.com. Please

account. Click on Advertise with us link which is
at the bottom of the screen. Click on Buy Now under
Premium Listing. Choose an appropriate package and
payment option and click on Buy Now. Your listing
would appear as premium once the order gets processed.

if someone is interested in my property? |
Following
are the two easy mediums to check the number of
responses against each of your property listings:
E-MAIL - Each
time a prospective property buyer is interested
in your property you will be notified through an
e-mail. This will happen only if you have mentioned
your e-mail ID at the time of registration.
SITE INBOX - In addition,
all the contacts received will be recorded and stored
in your site inbox. To go to your site inbox, login
to your propertydalal account with your username
and password. Click on My Account present on the
top panel. You will now have access to all the contacts
received. |
